STEP 1: Contact Us
You may contact us by whatever means is comfortable and convenient such as telephone, e-mail or by completing a form on our website.
STEP 2: Complete the Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we get to know each other by reviewing your situation, and discovering what you believe are the unique problems that you need some help resolving. We also explore some of your plans for the future. After the consultation, we present a work proposal. We are pleased to discuss our fee structure in detail in advance of beginning any work. Typically work products or other deliverables will be priced by total cost for a finished delivered product in a format mutually agreed upon. Partial payments at the start of work and at intermediate check points may be required. Services will be priced based on an hourly rate. The rate will be lower for non-profit clients.
STEP 3: Sign the Agreement
After signing the agreement, we begin to implement our joint plan.
